More about us Established in 1988, the quilted dog blankets were originally designed at the request of horse owners, and sold only at horse shows. Styled to look like horse blankets, we developed a coat to fit a dogs needs right down to the muslin lining that won’t irritate a dog’s skin allergies. In 1997, we added the small dog fleece coat. We designed these for the house dog, keeping in mind that this pet needed a lighter weight coat that also provided superior warmth. Sales by local pet stores proved that dogs preferred these coats to the traditional dog sweaters because they were easier to get on and off and the dogs did not have the uncomfortable leg holes in these coats. Thousands of both style coats have been sold at the United States Team Roping Championships, the National Reining Futurity, the World Quarter Horse Show, The World Appaloosa Horse Show, the Appaloosa Nationals, the World Wide Paint Horse Congress, the Barrel Futurity of America Show, and the National Finals Rodeo.
